1980 | November | Shinichiro Maeta established Kyoritsu Seisakusho, Ltd. in Yasunaga, Tottori. |

1990 | April | Established Kyoritsu Machinery Co., Ltd. taking over the business of Kyoritsu Seisakusho, Ltd. (Capital: 20 million yen) for the purpose of designing, manufacturing, and selling various automatic machines, FA equipment, and measuring and testing equipment. |
1991 | March | Relocated headquarters and plant to 32-2, Chiyomi 1 chome, Tottori (Current Address).

1995 | February | Increased capital to 35 million yen through capital participation of Nidec. |
1997 | December | Increased capital to 100 million yen through third-party allotment to Nidec and others. |
1998 | January | Kyoritsu Machinery Co., Ltd. changed its name to Nidec Machinery Corporation and became a member of the Nidec Group. |
1999 | July | Expanded development and production systems through addition of head office and plants. |
2002 | March | Established Nidec Equipment (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. in Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province, China, jointly with 5 Nidec group companies. Started production (processing and assembly) and procurement of parts and materials in the 4th Division in September. |
